Production Schedule
The following calendar displays our holiday and production schedule.
Technical Support hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Mountain every business day.
Office hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain every business day.
Basic Prototype data received and processed by the setup department prior to 11:00 AM Mountain
(13:00 Eastern) will be formatted that day and
ship the following business day.
Basic Prototype data which misses the 11:00 AM Mountain
(13:00 Eastern) cut off will be queued for formatting
the next business day and ship the business
day following that.
Locate your time zone for the queue cut off. Data arriving by cut
off on any APC business day, is considered active in the current day's process
queue.
