File Naming Conventions
| Gerber Foil Layers |
*.G0 = Top or Component Side *.G1 = Bottom or Solder Side |
| Gerber Mask Layers |
*.G16 = Component Legend *.GER/GBR = Solder Mask |
| Legend and Mask layers can be unique for top and bottom causing an alteration to the file suffix. | |
| Aperture File sample | Gerber data is in RS274-X format from newer versions |
| RS274-X sample | Gerber will be generated in 2.3 format |
