AP Circuits™ Plus service is for short run projects or engineering pre-production evaluations. Top and bottom green soldermask with white component side legend is included.

Data Requirements:

• 0.007" minimum feature width and 0.007" minimum space between features (track to track / pad to pad / track to pad)
• 0.006" minimum feature width on mask and legend layers. Lines thinner than this may crack or otherwise not adhere well.
• 10 pre-selected drill sizes are standard additional drill sizes are available for a small fee
• Minimum available drill size 0.016"
• Maximum plated drill size 0.250"

Prototype Plus Includes:

• FR4 0.062" UV Block Laminate
• 63/37 Fused Tin-Lead over 1 Oz of Copper
• Green 0.003" dry film solder mask; Top and Bottom
• First white silkscreen legend
• Basic Contour routing, this includes simple rectangles and circles more complicated requirements will be charged based on complexity.

Options:

• Additional white silkscreen legend
• Arrays, multi-part orders, and breakout panels
• Boards under 1.00" on any axis
• FR4 Laminate is available in 0.020", 0.031", 0.039", 0.047" and 0.092" thicknesses
• 2 Oz Copper is available in 0.062" and 0.031" FR4 Laminates, please note for 2 Oz Copper we will require 0.010" minimum feature and space widths
• High Frequency Laminates are available in 0.020", 0.030 and 0.060" thicknesses
