APCircuits Routing:

All our orders include routing of simple rectangles or circles. The following features will all result in extra fees:

• Notches
• Tabs
• Rounded or Champhored Corners
• Complex Curves
• Internal Cutouts
• Unplated Slots
• Plated Slots or Plated Edges

We use a 0.0945" router bit for most routing but carry bits as small as 0.0315" if your routing requires a bit smaller than our standard 0.0945" bit then extra fees may be charged due to the extra time and care it takes to processes such orders.

Boards are returned as individual pieces unless you have requested an array or multi-part order or your board size is very small in which case we may process in small lots for easy of handling and protection during shipping.

Array and multipart orders are available for an extra fee. Automated placement and soldering systems require strength members to prevent panel sag. Please instruct us on the width and length requirements of your assembly facility.
